God, I turn to You in prayer and meditation, with faith in Your presence to heal me at every level of my being. Your spirit flows through every cell of my body, balances and invigorates every organ, and soothes my mind and body.

With each breath I take, I enhance my recognition of Your healing presence. Each time I exhale, I release all thoughts of myself that are anything less than whole. These moments of prayer are a respite, a time apart to experience Your presence of wholeness to the depths of my being.

Thank You, God, for Your presence that heals so fully and completely. I am at peace, completely at rest in my soul, knowing that healing is taking place.
